Susan counsels developers and investors in like-kind exchanges and development planning, and consults with businesses, professional practices and high net-worth individuals in areas of business and tax planning. She has significant experience in Real Estate transactions and in negotiating the sale of businesses and properties. Susan is a graduate of the University of Illinois in Urbana and did post-graduate work in accounting at DePaul University in Chicago. She is a CPA and has been in practice for over 25 years. She is a member of the AICPA and the Illinois CPA Society.
Susan is a serious photographer, and her work has been exhibited in several metropolitan shows. She is currently on the Advisory Committee of the Museum of Contemporary Photography and has donated her time and effort to a variety of charitable organizations around the city.
