Fred specializes in Financial Litigation Advisory Services with significant experience and expertise in the valuation of privately-owned businesses and professional practices. Having acquired eight companies while in industry as a Chief Executive Officer of a distributor and a manufacturer, Fred brings practical, “hands on” experience to the valuation process. He has testified in federal and state courts for a variety of matters, including valuations, lost earnings, breach of franchise actions and other damage-related cases.
Fred has over twenty years experience in the area of matrimonial dissolution. From traditional to collaborative divorce cases, Fred works with family law attorneys helping to unravel complicated financial matters. In addition, Fred is a professionally trained Mediator in the area of family law disputes. His ability to listen and guide his clients to mutually determine the direction of their resolve is based on his ability to initiate open, honest and meaningful dialog between husband and wife.
Fred is a CPA, CFF (Certified in Financial Forensics) and has attained the AICPA’S designation of ABV (Accredited in Business Valuation). He has assisted a number of entrepreneurs in acquiring businesses, including due-diligence analysis, negotiating the transactions and locating and negotiating financing.
Fred is a board member of Schools That Can, a national not-for-profit organization that assists high achieving inner city private and charter schools throughout the United States.
